The users who have access permission to the 'Manage users' can view the below details in the system.
In this section, users with access permission can view the existing users in the system. Following user details can be viewed :-
Display Name
Role
Created Date
Status
Action
To create a "user" click on the ‘Create User’ button at the top right of the screen. On click of the button a slider window opens and displays the "create user" screen.
User with access permission can enter the following details :-
Upload Profile picture
General Information
Credentials - to login
Status & Role Selection
Advanced
Upon entering details, click on 'Save' at the top right corner to save the information and create a user. Users can also click on 'Cancel' to reset all the information and return to the main screen.
In the "Manage users table" view click on the 'key' icon button, it pops up 'Change Password'.
Enter the new password.
Click on the 'Save' button to save changes.
In the "Manage Users Table" view click on the 'Pencil' icon button, it pops up 'Edit User'.
Update necessary details.
Click on the 'Save' button.
In the "Manage Users Table" view click on the 'Trash' icon button, it pops up 'Delete Confirmation'.
Click on the 'Delete' button to delete user or click on 'Cancel' button to discard.
