Manage Roles

The users who have access permission to the 'Manage Roles' can view the below details in the system.

Once get enter into the 'Manage Roles'. Following user details can be viewed:-

• Role Name

• Created Date

• Users

• Action

How to create a roles in DCKAP PIM?

• To the top right of the page there is a 'Create Role' button. On click of the button a slider window opens and displays the “create role” screen.

• User can choose the following details that they required :-

• On entering details, click on 'Save' at the top right corner to save the information and create a user. Users can also click on 'Cancel' to reset all the information and return to the main screen.

How to edit roles in DCKAP PIM?

• In the "Manage Roles Table" view click on the 'Pencil' icon button, it pops up 'Edit Role'.

• Update necessary details.

• Click on the 'Save' button.

How to delete roles in DCKAP PIM?

• In the "Manage Roles Table" view click on the 'Trash' icon button, it pops up 'Delete Confirmation'.

• Click on the 'Delete' button to delete role or click on 'Cancel' button to discard.
