Creating an Integration Key / API Key / Access Token

To generate an Integration Key or API Key, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Side Menu and click on "General Settings."

2. From there, access the "Integration" tab in the menu.

3. Click the "Add Connection" button and provide the required integration details: a. Integration Name: Specify a name for your integration. b. Channel: Please note that these API credentials are designed to support specific channels, and access to data from other channels is restricted. c. Account Password: Enter the account password for validation and submit the details.

By following these steps, you can easily create your Integration Key or API Key.
