The users who have access permission to the 'Assets' can view the underneath details in the system.
At the right side page displays the 'Create Directory' button click on that to open the form.
Enter the required fields like,
Directory code
Parent directory
User access
Status
Label name
Click on the 'Save' button to create a new directory and also click on 'Cancel' to reset all the information and return to the main screen.
After navigating to the "Assets" page.
List of tree structured directories will be displayed at the left side of the screen.
Click on the 'Setting' icon adjacent to the directory you want to edit.
And then click on the 'Edit' option and it opens the form.
Make the changes and click on 'Save' button to save the changes.

Click on the 'Setting' icon adjacent to the directory you want to edit.
And then click on the 'Duplicate To' option and it opens the popup.
Select the parent directory to duplicate and click on the 'Duplicate' button to create a duplicate directory.
After navigating to the "Assets" page.
List of tree structured directories will be displayed at the left side of the screen.
Click on the 'Setting' icon adjacent to the directory you want to edit.
And then click on the 'Move To' option and it opens the popup.
Select the parent directory to duplicate and click on the 'Move' button to move directory.
After navigating to the "Assets" page.
List of tree structured directories will be displayed at the left side of the screen.
Click on the 'Setting' icon adjacent to the directory you want to edit.
And then click on the 'Properties' option and it opens the popup with the data.
At the right side page displays the 'Upload Files' button click on that to open the options.
Upload by files : In this option you can upload files which are in your local storage.
Upload by URL : In this option you can upload files by url link.
Upload by youtube link : In this option you can upload videos by youtube link.
Click on the 'Upload' button to upload files.
At the right side page displays the 'Filter' button click on that to open the popup.
Select the filter options that you want to filter by.
And click on the 'Filter' button to get filtered assets in the selected directory.
There are 2 ways to assign assets to products :
Bulk Assign
Assets are displayed according to selected directories on the left side of the assets page.
You select using the checkbox at assets top right corner or 'Select All' checkbox.
Then the 'Assign Products' button will be displayed at the right side, click on that to open a popup with a table of products list.
In the 'Action' column you check the radio button to assign the asset.
Individual Assign
In the assets page, Assets are displayed according to selected directories on the left side.
Click on the 'Assets' to open a popup and navigate to the 'Assign Products' tab.
A list of products in a table will be displayed in that 'Action' column, Radio button is already checked if the asset is assigned to a particular product.
Or you check the radio button to assign the asset to the product.
Assets are displayed according to selected directories at the left side.
Click on the 'Copy' icon at the bottom left side of the asset.
Assets are displayed according to selected directories at the left side.
Click on the 'Download' icon at the bottom middle of the asset.
Assets are displayed according to selected directories at the left side.
Click on the asset to open its popup with current data and make changes accordingly.
Click on the 'Save' button to save the changes.
Bulk Delete
Assets are displayed according to selected directories at the left side.
Select using the checkbox at assets top right corner or 'Select All' checkbox.
Then the 'Delete' button will be displayed on the right side along with 'Trash' icon, click on that to open a popup.
Click on 'Delete' button to delete assets or 'Cancel' to discard.
Individual Delete
Assets are displayed according to selected directories at the left side.
Click on the 'Trash' icon at the bottom left of the asset to open a popup.
And click on 'Delete' button to delete or 'Cancel' to discard.
